(SOUTHERN COLORADO) — Law enforcement across the state will serve dinner at all Colorado Texas Roadhouse locations on Wednesday, Dec. 3, according to PCSO. The “Tip-a-Cop” event raises funds for Special Olympics Colorado, with all donations and tips supporting over 28,000 athletes.
According to Special Olympics Colorado, officers will don an apron over their uniforms, wait tables, and interact with dining guests and athletes while raising awareness for Special Olympics Colorado athletes.
