COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – Police swarmed a northeast Colorado Springs neighborhood after a bleeding victim was found on a sidewalk early Tuesday morning.
According to the good Samaritan who called police just after 4:30 a.m., the victim was disoriented and indicated they had been assaulted at a nearby house. Police found the victim suffering from blunt force trauma and transported him to the hospital.
“Officers identified an address on Hollow Road where the assault may have taken place,” a CSPD lieutenant said. “When they attempted contact at the address, no one answered the door. Given the nature of the call and the information obtained from the victim, the Tactical Enforcement Unit responded to assist.”…
