(TELLER COUNTY, Colo.) — Patrick Frazee–the man found guilty of murdering his fiancé on Thanksgiving 2018–is trying to appeal his conviction again, according to his family.
Frazee is serving a life sentence without parole plus 156 years for killing Kelsey Berreth–something prosecutors say he planned for months.
Frazee claims testimony from an expert witness during the trial should not have been admissible in court.
