DOUGLAS COUNTY, Colo. (KKTV) – A Douglas County man has avoided jail time after pleading guilty to child sexual exploitation charges.
According to the 23rd Judicial District Attorney’s Office, Franklin Camp, 33, admitted to having sexual relations with a family friend’s 15-year-old daughter.
