(COLORADO SPRINGS) — Santa Claus made a grand entrance at the Lazy Dog Restaurant in Colorado Springs, arriving by helicopter as part of the annual Breakfast with Santa event on Saturday, Dec. 13.
The event was organized in collaboration with Flight for Life, allowing families to meet the crew and see the helicopter up close. Children enjoyed a free meal, hot cocoa, a cookie bar, and coloring activities while having their photos taken with Santa.
“I think it just brought a little bit more magic out here today,” said Ethan Macaluso, a paramedic for Flight for Life. “Actually seeing Santa fly in, and not only being able to fly in Santa, but being able to show the community, hey, Flight for Life is here for you, and we’re here to have fun and get everyone involved.”…
