Kimberlee Singler extradited back to Colorado

UPDATE: TUESDAY 12/23/2025 4:38 p.m.

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KXRM) — Kimberlee Singler is back in the United States and in custody in the 4th Judicial District.

According to Colorado Springs Police Chief Adrian Vasquez, federal authorities accompanied Singler back to the U.S. within the last week, after her attempts to fight extradition failed in the U.K.

Singler is facing seven charges in the 4th Judicial District, which are as follows:

  • Two counts of first-degree murder after deliberation and with intent
  • Two counts of first degree murder-victim under 12
  • Attempted first-degree murder after deliberation and with intent
  • Attempted first degree murder-victim under 12
  • First-degree assault

If a conviction is achieved on the class one felony charges–the four counts of first degree murder–they carry a life sentence without the possibility of parole.

DA Michael Allen said the next steps in the process include a bond hearing, which will be scheduled in the coming days. Singler is being held without bond, and could continue to be held without bond until any potential jury trial, if the court decides to do so.
