COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – The Sahwatch and Costilla parking garages will transition to a cashless payment system on Thursday.
According to El Paso County officials, the update is designed to enhance safety, reduce wait times and provide a smoother experience for people parking in downtown Colorado Springs.
