(EL PASO COUNTY, Colo.) — According to WatchDuty, the fire near Dragonmans on Thursday burned about 48.2 acres. The fire has been deemed 100% contained.

Evacuation order lifted for fire outside Ellicott
The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office (EPSO) lifted the evacuation order for the fire outside of Ellicott, near the 1200 block of Dragonman Drive.
Those nearby can return to the area as of 1:45 p.m., Jan. 1.

The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office (EPSO) has sent out an evacuation order due to a fire near the 1200 block of Dragonman Drive, just off Highway 94.
The office is advising everyone in the area west of Curtis Road, south of Davis Road, east of Blaney Road, and North of Hwy 94 to evacuate immediately as of 1:15 p.m. on Jan. 1. A map of the evacuation area is available through Peak Alerts.
