COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – Police said they arrested a man Friday night after he admitted to having illegal drugs in his vehicle.
According to the Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD), a security guard at a downtown parking garage contacted officers at 11:22 p.m., claiming there was a man slumped over the steering wheel parked inside the garage.
