(COLORADO SPRINGS) — 503W is turning 12 on Jan. 7, and the downtown favorite is celebrating with some exciting updates!
To mark the milestone, the locally owned scratch kitchen is adding new flavors to its menu, including Jalapeño Popper Rangoon, Falafel Sliders (that can also be made into a wrap), a reworked Westside Satay, and a brand-new dessert, Ganache-Trois.
FOX21’s Krista Witiak caught up with General Manager Jay Jarvie and Co-Owner Rollie Ortiz, who shared that while no big celebration is planned on the exact day, a special anniversary surprise is coming later this month.
