EL PASO COUNTY, Colo. (KKTV) – The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office (EPSO) is seeking help identifying a woman who is experiencing a medical emergency.
She is described as a 50-year-old Caucasian female, heavy set, with long dyed brown hair, wearing purple eyeglasses, a red “Looney Toons” t-shirt, plaid pajama pants and black tennis shoes.
EPSO said she has three distinct tattoos: the word “sisters” on her forearm, a lava lamp on the opposite forearm and a moon on her upper arm…
