(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Pikes Peak Region Building Department (PPRBD) shared its top posts from its social media in 2025, and quite a few were new places to eat in Colorado Springs.
PPRBD said it saw several new restaurants permitted in 2025, and a few of them generated a bit of buzz.
- 1. El Pollo Loco – Fillmore & Acadia (OPEN)
- 2. Pizza Ranch – N. Academy & Austin Bluffs
- 3. Texas de Brazil – Near Ford Amphitheater
- 4. The Brit Pub – New location near Switchbacks Stadium (OPEN)
- 5. Guthrie’s Golden Fried Chicken – S. Nevada & Navajo
- 6. Roth’s Sea and Steakhouse – Ford Amphitheater (OPEN)
Texas de Brazil is also set for an estimated 2026 opening, according to its website…
