(ST. LOUIS, Mo) — A duo of figure skaters from Colorado Springs will be heading to the Winter Olympic Games next month in Italy. Ellie Kam and Danny O’Shea will represent team U.S.A. after finishing second in pairs during the U.S. Nationals on Friday, Jan. 9, to secure an Olympic berth.

The duo first joined forces back in 2022 after Kam has left her previous partner and O’Shea had been in retirement for around six months. After working together, the two reached the highest levels of pairs winning the gold at U.S. Nationals in 2024 while securing two bronze medals in between.
