Sunday marks final chance to ‘TreeCycle’ Christmas Trees in Colorado Springs

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – Sunday is the last day residents in Colorado Springs can recycle their Christmas Trees!

The annual TreeCycle event begins at 9 a.m. and is scheduled to end at 4:30 p.m. Trees and donations will be accepted at the following locations:

  • Baptist Road Trailhead (Baptist Road & Old Denver Highway)
  • Falcon Trailhead (South of Woodmen Road & McLaughlin Road)
  • Cottonwood Creek Park (Dublin Blvd. & Montarbor Drive)
  • Martin ‘Ed’ Ragain Field (Barnes Road & Tutt Blvd.)
  • Rock Ledge Ranch (Gateway Road & 30th Street)
  • Memorial Park (Pikes Peak Avenue & Union Blvd.)

Organizers ask that participants ensure all decorations are removed before donating their trees.
