(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) is alerting the public to plans for lane closures in southern Colorado Springs.
According to CDOT, starting on Monday, Jan. 12, there will be various north and southbound lane closures on South Academy Boulevard between Venetucci Boulevard and Milton Proby Parkway. The closures are expected to last through Friday, Jan. 16.
The closures are for crews to install signage and perform remaining roadway, traffic signal, and lighting work as part of the Military Access, Mobility & Safety Improvement Project‘s S. Academy Blvd. widening…
