COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – A suspect is in custody following a brief shelter-in-place in a southeast Colorado Springs neighborhood Tuesday evening.
At 6:04 p.m., the Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) issued a shelter-in-place order for residents within 1/4 mile of the 1600 block of Shasta Drive.
