Warren County, Virginia — A Colorado Springs, Colorado, man was arrested in Warren County after investigators say he arranged online to meet someone he believed was a 14-year-old girl for sexual purposes, according to the Warren County Sheriff’s Office.
The arrest followed an undercover operation conducted by the Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division targeting individuals who use the internet and electronic platforms to solicit minors in and around Front Royal.
