Two Colorado favorites, Angelo’s Taverna and Carboy Winery, are heading south to northern Colorado Springs with a big swing: a full-service restaurant paired with a rooftop wine tasting room looking straight out at Pikes Peak. The project will breathe new life into the long-closed Old Chicago spot off I-25 and Woodmen Road, with the team targeting a summer 2026 opening.
