With a vision of bringing more entertainment to a rural part of Douglas County, a historic building in downtown Sedalia is going to be the site of a new event center.
“I think it will be a great part of the community going forward and part of Douglas County that is getting kind of a new life and has a bright future,” Commissioner Kevin Van Winkle said.
