The road has always been part of the Little Feat story—equal parts joy, grit, and the long, rolling romance of American music played night after night. But even legends feel the miles. With a wink and a deep breath, Little Feat have announced “The Last Farewell Tour,” a wind-down that begins in April 2026 and will take shape over several years, as the band gradually steps back from the grind of constant travel while continuing to play and record as long as they’re able.
That distinction matters. This is not a dramatic “never again” statement—it’s a retirement from the hardest part of touring: the endless bus rides, the wear and tear, the relentless logistics that come with life on the road. And in the near future, Feat will honor their own past the best way they know how: by playing.
