COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – A Colorado Springs man was arrested on attempted murder and assault charges Thursday morning related to a shooting near an apartment complex on the southeast side of the city on Saturday.
According to the Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD), police got a call Saturday evening just after 5 p.m. from a child who said their parent had been shot in a parking lot near the Academy and Airport Road intersection, on Lacy Lane.
Police said when officers arrived on scene, they found the victim with “gunshot injuries” inside of a vehicle, and that person was taken to the hospital…
