Fountain Police report at-risk teen has been located

(FOUNTAIN, Colo.) — The Fountain Police Department (FPD) requested the community’s help to find a missing at-risk 16-year-old boy on Sunday, Feb. 8, and later reported that he had been located.

According to FPD, Phoenix Gragg was last seen in the 6300 block of Hwy 85, heading toward South Academy Boulevard. He has blond hair and was last seen wearing a gray Ohio State hoodie and black pants.

Gragg is a special needs teen and answers to the nickname, “Ninex.”…
