Colorado Springs police: Masked suspect takes lottery tickets, landline phone during robbery

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – Police in Colorado Springs said a suspect got away with cash, lottery tickets and a landline phone following a robbery Thursday night.

According to the Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD), officers were called out to a business in the 1800 block of North Circle Drive, near Circle and Constitution Avenue, for a robbery at around 9:10 p.m.

Police said a man dressed in all black and wearing a mask entered a store in the area, pointed a gun at the clerk, and took an undisclosed amount of cash from the register, as well as an assortment of lottery scratch tickets and the business’s cordless landline phone…
