Ford Amphitheater to host three popular comedians

(COLORAO SPRINGS) — Three popular comedians will grace Ford Amphitheater’s stage for one night in May, and tickets go on sale on Friday, Feb. 20.

John Mulaney will visit Colorado Springs on May 14 with special guests Mike Birbiglia and Fred Armisen. Mulaney is a four-time Emmy Award, Critics Choice award and WGA award-winning writer, comedian and actor.

Most recently, Mulaney can be seen as the host, writer and executive producer of his Netflix talk show “Everybody’s Live With John Mulaney.” The show serves as the continuation of the series “Everybody’s In LA”. The series features monologues, guests, pre-taped sketches, musical segments and more. Everybody’s In LA was a six-night live comedy series that explored Los Angeles during the Netflix Is A Joke Festival in 2024.

Mike Birbiglia is an Emmy-nominated comedian, writer, director, and actor who has performed his award-winning solo shows worldwide—from the Sydney Opera House to the West End of London to Broadway. His solo shows Sleepwalk With Me, My Girlfriend’s Boyfriend, Thank God For Jokes, The New One, The Old Man & The Pool, and The Good Life enjoyed successful runs on and off Broadway and became hit Netflix comedy specials.

Fred Armisen is a comedian, writer, producer, and musician. He is the co-writer and co-star of IFC’s Emmy-nominated series Portlandia. He appears in the hit Netflix series Wednesday as Uncle Fester. He can also be heard in the hit animated Super Mario Bros movie. He has also appeared in HBO’s Our Flag Means Death, Judd Apatow’s The Bubble, and Amazon’s series Forever.

All three will appear for a night of belly laughs at Ford Amphitheater in Colorado Springs. Tickets go on sale Friday, Feb. 20 at 10 a.m. at AXS.com…
