COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – A man was arrested on Thursday night after Colorado Springs police said he eluded detectives attempting to pull him over while he was driving a stolen vehicle.
According to the Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD), officers began investigating a report of a stolen 2015 green GMC Sierra that had been taken from the 3200 block of Divine Heights, near Tutt Boulevard and South Carefree Circle, on Tuesday.
CSPD said detectives with the Motor Vehicle Theft Unit spotted the stolen GMC on Thursday, in the area of Union Boulevard and Circle Drive. Police said when they tried to pull the car over, the driver, who was identified as 45-year-old Jonathon Singlevich, did not stop and eluded detectives…
