(SOUTHERN COLORADO) — Postal Service employees from Colorado Springs and Pueblo joined the National Association of Letter Carriers (NALC) in a rally that took place across the country on Sunday, Feb. 22, demanding more favorable terms in upcoming contract negotiations with the Postal Service.
“We deserve the best that we can get and the protection that we deserve,” said Jacinta Fair,a letter carrier in Southern Colorado.
According to the NALC website, the “Fight Like Hell!” rallies were held with the intention of “calling for a fair contract.” Negotiations with the Postal Service are scheduled to take place on Wednesday, Feb. 25…
