COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – Four years ago, Russia launched attacks on Ukraine’s capital city of Kyiv and began a war that has since dragged on.
On the world stage, talks of peace have been ongoing, with world leaders meeting to discuss proposed plans. In the meantime, on the ground, missionary John Albaugh said Ukrainians have been losing faith, but remain resilient.
Albaugh, from Colorado Springs, said his missionary has been in Ukraine since the war’s start. ‘Together for Eastern Ukraine’ has been on the ground, he said, to help evacuate people in seized or bombed areas, rebuild destroyed homes and give food to areas where most groups no longer go because of targeted strikes…
