(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) said on Sunday, March 8, three men allegedly broke into a home where the owner had recently died.
On Sunday, at around 6:30 p.m., officers were called to a home in the 1000 block of South Weber Street, east of the Motor City curve. CSPD said a neighbor reported the house was vacant as the owner had recently died, and reported suspects were in the backyard removing valuables.
A Real Time Crime Center (RTCC) drone was the first on the scene and recorded three men. Officers arrived, and the three men ran from the area.
