Bryan Construction has named a new chief financial officer.
The Colorado Springs, Colorado-based builder appointed Kristi Rader to the top finance position, according to a Monday announcement from the builder. Prior to the promotion in January, Rader was the firm’s director of accounting.
Rader joined the Bryan Construction team in September 2023, per her LinkedIn. She left her role as controller at Norwood Development Group, a real estate developer focused on multifamily and community projects, according to the firm’s website. Rader brings more than 25 years of financial leadership experience to the position, per the release.
In her role as CFO, Rader will oversee Bryan Construction’s financial strategy, reporting and controls, cash flow and treasury operations alongside risk management, according to the news release. Rader will also lead the accounting, human resources and information technology teams…
