COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – Colorado Springs police took a suspect into custody early Friday morning after they said a brush fire was started on the southeast side of the city.
Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) said they took 29-year-old Karen Rambur into custody.
