Carousel Cookies is owned and operated by Toyann Follmar, who has always had a passion for baking but turned her dream into a reality by creating a side business in January 2026. Her signature four-ounce cookies can be found every Sunday at the Ivy Wild Sunday Funday Farmers Market.
Follmar joined Loving Living Local host Justin Antweil on St. Patrick’s Day and brought in St. Patrick’s Day-themed cookies.
“The business is called Carousel Cookies because my flavors are always on a rotation,” said Follmar. “My kids, their friends, and my colleagues all encouraged me to launch this, and I’m so glad I did. I only have one oven in my house, but I might have to think about expanding.”…
