The 24 Fire has grown to 4,600 acres with zero percent containment as of Sunday morning, according to the Fremont County Sheriff’s Office.
According to an update posted to Facebook by the Fremont County Sheriff’s Office at 7:30 a.m. on Sunday morning, the fire has continued to move in a northeast direction. However, the sheriff’s office said that overnight crews made good progress. Also, winds shifting east and cooler temperatures are expected to help efforts to contain the fire.
