Downtown library to lock parking lot gates after closure

(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Pikes Peak Library District (PPLD) is entering the final phase of improvements at Penrose Library, and starting Monday, April 13, will close and lock the gates to the fence that encloses the Library campus.

According to PPLD, the gates will be locked at the end of business hours each day, and the lots will re-open the following morning, except for Sundays, holidays, or PPLD emergency closures for weather or other impacts.
