COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – One person was arrested Monday afternoon after police said a victim was attacked with a rock.
The Colorado Springs Police Department said officers responded to a report of an assault at a city park at the 1100 block of South Nevada Avenue, near the intersection of East Las Vegas Street, around 2 p.m.
At the park, police said they found a victim with a serious but non-life-threatening head injury…
