(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs Fire Department (CSFD) said on Sunday, April 12, fire crews were called to a fire at a home near East Fountain and South Academy Boulevards.
According to CSFD, just before 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, firefighters were called to a structure fire in the 900 block of Tampico Court, south of Valley Hi Golf Course. Initial reports indicated a balcony in the condo complex was on fire. Engine 23 called a working fire while en route, and Engine 8 arrived at 4:27 p.m. to a balcony on fire.
