(COLORADO SPRINGS) — A local bakery is serving up new seasonal favorites this spring, along with sharing where you can find them at upcoming farmers’ markets.
The Sourdough Boulangerie’s Business Manager, Rachael McCoy, joined Loving Living Local host Krista Witiak to talk about new items, including a five-day fermented “Super Sour” sourdough, a maple brown sugar loaf, and fresh pastries like cheesecakes and lemon blondies. The bakery has also added grab-and-go sandwiches to its menu.
In addition to its bakery location, The Sourdough Boulangerie is active in the local farmers’ market scene. The team participates in a weekly market hosted at the bakery through April 26 and will also be part of a Spring Market in Black Forest on April 18 (weather pending) at Edith Wolford Elementary School…
