(COLORADO SPRINGS) — Italian restaurant Biaggi’s, which has been operating in the Shops at Briargate for over 20 years, has permanently closed citing extensive damage to the building.
The restaurant originally closed in the fall of 2025 citing “plumbing and soil erosion issues.” A series of updates on the restaurant’s Facebook page revealed the issues were far more extensive than originally thought, and the restaurant remained closed into the new year.
“Over the past several months, the restaurant has remained closed due to extensive plumbing and soil erosion issues,” Biaggi’s said in a Facebook post on Tuesday, April 14. “We held onto hope that we could welcome you back, but unfortunately, the scope of repairs required makes that no longer possible.”…
