COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) -If you’re driving along East Fountain Boulevard in Colorado Springs, you might spot an unusual sight at the end of a driveway: two towering wolf figures that are hard to miss.
They’re one of the latest creations from local artist Sofia Hernandez Crade — and they’re not just sculptures. Hernandez Crade says the wolves are giant puppets, built with ropes on each side of the face so the head can move, and they can even wag their tails, all with human operators.
