COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – The El Paso County Coroner’s Office identified a 19-year-old killed in a shooting on Sunday as Cortez Mason Jr.
The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) said officers responded to the 2800 block of North Powers Boulevard, just north of Constitution Avenue, at 12:21 a.m. for a shooting.
Three people were found injured at the scene…
