South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson will join state and federal law enforcement on Thursday morning to announce State Grand Jury indictments and arrests, which they say involves illegal immigration.
A press conference will take place at 9 a.m. in the State Grand Jury Room at the Dennis Building in Columbia.
