A local man is in jail and facing multiple charges including murder in connection with a fatal shooting at a Columbia restaurant/bar.
Richland County Sheriff’s Department deputies arrested Azavius Shimar Jones, 24. Jones is scheduled to appear at a bond hearing Tuesday afternoon. He is charged with one count of murder, five counts of attempted murder and possession of a firearm during the commission of a violent crime.
