ORANGEBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) – The South Carolina Department of Transportation has revealed photos for their construction project along I-26 and I-95.
SCDOT said they are working to build two new high-speed flyover ramps that will provide a safer, more efficient means of driving between I-26 and I-95.
