HOT PROPERTIES: Commercial real estate moves across the state

  • Trinity Partners completed multiple commercial real estate sales across Columbia, Cayce, Chapin and West Columbia.
  • The largest transaction was the $4.9 million sale of a 55,315-square-foot office building at 1001 Pinnacle Point Drive.
  • NAI Columbia handled industrial lease activity and a mixed-use property sale in Bishopville.

Trinity Partners handled the sale of a 2,915-square-foot medical office property located at 392 Saint Andrews Road in Columbia. The property, formerly home to the dental practice of Dr. James Nyland has served the surrounding community for many years and offers a highly visible location along one of Columbia’s established commercial corridors. Bruce Harper, founding partner, and Robbie Cook, senior brokerage associate, of Trinity Partners represented the seller in the transaction.
