International fugitive pleads guilty to $1.2 billion Medicare fraud

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WCBD) – An international fugitive has pleaded guilty to conspiracy to defraud the United States and failure to appear, the South Carolina District Attorney has announced.

Herbert Leon Kimble, 60, previously plead guilty to conspiring to commit healthcare fraud, violating the anti-kickback statute, and defrauding the United States.
