The long-time CEO of Lexington County-based Nephron Pharmaceuticals is no longer with the company, Nephron announced on Friday.
Lou Kennedy, who had served in the role since 2007 and overseen the opening of Nephron’s large manufacturing center near Cayce in 2015, has departed the company, according to a press release announcing a “leadership transition.”
