Does the thought of a dog downtown make your day? It could now.
At its meeting last night, City Council approved a sidewalk franchise agreement for Red Dogs & Catering LLC to bring its food cart outside of the Richland County Courthouse (1701 Main Street).
According to council documents, the business plans to sell hot dogs, sausages, nachos, BBQ chicken and pork sandwiches, chips and drinks.
