COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) – The South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) will begin work to relocate Farrow Road and Wilson Boulevard (US-21) as part of the construction of the new interchange at Exit 26 on I-77 in Richland County on Friday, Oct. 30.
