COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) – An inmate escaped from the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center on Sunday afternoon, according to the Richland County Sheriff’s Department (RCSD).
RCSD said 33-year-old Carlos Hernandez-Velasquez was initially arrested Saturday night after appearing impaired at a traffic stop on Garners Ferry Road.
