COLUMBIA, SC (WMBF) – The governor of South Carolina is gearing up to lay out his vision for 2024 in the State of the State address Wednesday night. Gov. Henry McMaster’s annual address will start at 7 p.m. at the Statehouse in Columbia, with a response from Democrats scheduled immediately afterward.
