RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)- A fourth Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center jail guard has been arrested for misconduct in office, says the Richland County Sheriff’s Department. A’Zasia English was also arrested for accessory after the fact of a felony while employed as a guard at the detention center….
